It's been some time since I've updated. I've grown a bit, changed, been hit hard by the recession, as have many of us. Some amazing people have come into my world, and other have left it. These aren't happy times, necessarily, for many of us, but the harder times do make one appreciate the smaller things, and the beauty in life. The name I chose for this place seems more appropriate than ever.

Beauty in darkness. 

Daverana Enterprises will be releasing my first poetry collection, The Paler Bone of Midnight. I'll be posting direct links to the online store, of course, but in the mean time here is the cover art.

SITE CREDITS

I designed and built the site myself (never EVER doing that again).  So let me start out by admitting right off the bat that I didn't quite get it perfect.  But, seeing as I didn't even know what HTML was when I started, I've come far enough to, well, be really tired of working on it.  As far as I can tell, the pages look okay.  However, if something looks really bizarre, please let me know.  That said, I have a few people to thank.  I couldn't have done it without help, as I was entirely clueless about web design when I started.  I'd particularly like to thank Eisdamme over at Deadtime, for hosting me and getting me started, for answering a zillion questions, and for basic website CPR. For everything, really, as if she hadn't helped out, you wouldn't be reading this, as the site would not exist.
